This house in North Salt Lake was just one of those houses that I wasn’t at much. With two little ones to take care of and with a considerable amount of houses we are working on at once, I tend to occasionally focus on some houses more than others, especially when those houses need more design and more work. This house needed some design but once those decisions were made, I moved on to the next big project. I do love how this house turned out and it was nice because it wasn’t a huge project!
Biggest Change Made: The biggest change was the master bedroom. It doesn’t even look like the same space. We combined two rooms to make one large master suite complete with a walk in closet. Which is what everyone wants am I right?! The kitchen was a big visual transformation as well.
Paint: Perfect Greige (Sherwin Williams); Pure White (Sherwin Williams) trim and shutters; Naval Blue (Sherwin Williams) front door; Riverwood Stain (Sherwin Williams) rails

Our renovation cost was: $50,000

There are obviously more costs in there than just a renovation cost and the purpose of this blog isn’t to tell you $ for $ how much we made on each deal but I’ll let you use your imagination and guess how much money we made or lost (because unfortunately that happens too)
